The facilitators were amazing. I didn't expect that level of depth in this session. The story from Matt with his policing career hit home with me particularly as I'm an ex civilian police officer too.

This presentation was more relatable and good to hear from ex-serving police as opposed to mental health facilitators with a clinical background.

Workshop delivered by people who have defence/policing experiences makes it easier to relate to situations.
