I was gifted this book when I was in America at the Boulder Crest Foundation, and it’s a really good one! Viktor’s account of his time in concentration camps is deeply moving, but what makes this book truly remarkable is his insight into human resilience.

His belief that meaning can be found even in suffering is incredibly powerful and offers a perspective shift that has stayed with me long after finishing the book.

The second half, which delves into logotherapy, provides a fascinating framework for understanding purpose in life. It’s a deeply profound and inspiring read that for me, has changed the way I see my own challenges.
