Support that goes beyond counselling - a wholistic partnership that combines confidential care, proactive training, and responsive workplace support to build long term wellbeing and resilience.
At Frontline Mental Health, we know that creating a mentally healthy workplace takes more than a one off program. It requires a mix of proactive education, responsive support, and genuine care for your people. That’s why our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed as part of a broader partnership with organisations, combining counselling, training, and ongoing engagement to build resilience across the workforce.
Delivered by a team with lived experience in high-pressure environments, our EAP is practical, flexible, and accessible. Whether it’s confidential counselling, a workplace presentation, or leadership support, our approach ensures that your people feel valued, supported, and equipped to manage challenges at work and in life.
Our Employee Assistance Program packages are different. Your employees get the confidential support and education they need and the business only pays for what it uses.
What’s Included
- Cost-effective model: One low, fixed annual fee with no monthly or hidden charges. You only pay for the sessions your employees use. If no sessions are used, there’s no cost.
- Set number of sessions: You can determine and allocate the number of counselling sessions each employee is entitled to within a calendar year, giving you full flexibility to tailor the level of support to your workforce’s needs and budget.
- Simple online onboarding: Initial enquiries will receive a response within 24 hours, with onboarding completed online. Sessions are scheduled through our secure online portal, ensuring a smooth and professional process from first contact to confirmed session.
- Flexible delivery: Sessions available in person or via telehealth. In person counselling can be held at your workplace or at our Adelaide CBD office. Our telehealth sessions are available outside normal business hours to cater for shift workers.
- Workplace awareness presentation: Every EAP package includes a 45-minute presentation to introduce our team, explain how the program works, and encourage staff to engage with the support available.
Additional EAP Services
These specialised services are available in addition to the core EAP offering and are provided at an additional cost to our base package:
- Significant Incident Response: Immediate support for employees and teams following a critical or traumatic workplace event, helping reduce the risk of longer-term impacts.
- Manager & Supervisor Support: Guidance and counselling for leaders navigating difficult team situations, ensuring they feel supported while supporting others.
- Conflict Resolution: A structured process to address workplace tensions constructively, restoring relationships and improving communication.
- Mediation: Neutral facilitation to resolve disputes fairly and respectfully, reducing disruption and fostering healthier workplace dynamics.
- Welfare Risk Assessment: Professional assessments to identify risks to an individual’s wellbeing, with clear recommendations for appropriate support or adjustments.
Even if your business has an EAP provider, Frontline Mental Health can supplement your existing service to facilitate specialist support using our genuine lived experience.
